"Abubakari, The Explorer King of Mali" is the story of a wealthy African leader of vision and bravery. It is known that almost 200 years prior to Columbus' voyage, Abubakari twice sent ships to discover a new land when most scholars assumed the world to be flat.
The first adventure ended in tragedy as many of the ships were lost. Feeling guilt and sorrow for having sent his brave men to their death, Abubakari assembled a second navy, and leading the expedition, set sail for a new world.
